Hands down the most inventive and inspired Japanese restaurant I've been to, anywhere. Service is smooth, discreet and attentive. Food was out of this world. Cocktails were great. Love this place!

The Basara in Bologna is one of the most outstanding restaurants we have enjoyed anywhere in the world - outstanding food , professional and attentive staff in a unique and special restaurant environment - would recommend a visit as essential for anyone visiting Bolonga who enjoys cutting edge contemporary Japanese cuisine Graham and Kathy
