An amazing restaurant. The setting, overlooking the Yarra and the lights of the city, couldn’t be better. The food was delicious, the wine, excellent and the wait staff were brilliant - friendly and attending to our needs. Would highly recommend for a casual or a special night out.

Foods presentation actually looks good, some taste a bit too salty for us and the sauce in my duck leg is not that great unfortunately, a bit too bland and the veggies that comes with it tasted a bit bitter. Lastly there was cracked on my plate - I thought it’s only the top part so didn’t bother about it but after they took it away, I saw the sauce juice were on the table. Overall we had a good night catching up friends there and didn’t worry much about the foods. Staffs are friendly ????????

Our group of 15 women were very happy with the luncheon at Bear Brass today The booking online went smoothly with a reminder to check also. The food was good value for lunchtime and the noise level where we were seated was good, we could hear ourselves speak. Thank you to the excellent staff on duty. Yvonne Dite

A great place, which has not lost on service and quality over time. Wonderful place to have a drink, a bite and soak up the atmosphere of Southbank. The pizzas are smaller and not as loaded as they used to be, but everything else was good and very enjoyable. A fantastic manager, all credit to him to keep such a busy place running well.

The restaurant food, service and ambience was lovely. I booked two days before through Google and then received 10 emails and 2 texts from Google, Fork, Bear Brass for confirmation and 3 emails for review. Overkill .....

Sirloin steak excellent, cooking perfect, served over slaw and chips . Kofta not as good, lacked flavour. Staff were excellent though at times overwhelmed with customers.

Good restaurant for a pre theatre dinner at Southgate. Great range of dishes and fantastic outdoor dining looking over the Yarra. Prompt and efficient service. Will definitely return.

Always great. Especially for the puppies, who are treated like VIPs. As locals, it’s our favourite and we always enjoy what’s on offer. Gordon the Jack Russell loves it too.

The staff were great but there is very little lighting to even read the menu as we were seated inside. Food is average and not a lot on the plate. The mocktails contained a lot of ice and not much else.
