Very nice place for some evening heavy snacks or light dinner. Food quality is very good. Some healthy options in the menu are also there. Staffas were very friendly and polite. Its more like a sports bar but the atmosphere is inviting and full of energy. Table arrangements and cleanliness could have been better. Its more of a hanging out place for very young people and there is also a hostel and its receptio associated with this dining place. Therefore you will have some crowd of that hostel as well wandering there. However, overall a nice experience and good food. In few words, its worth a visit.

Italiano Appena siamo arrivati al locale, specificando tutti i dettagli della prenotazione effettuata tramite The Fork, ho chiesto al personale quale fosse il nostro tavolo e, quest'ultimo, nonostante il locale fosse registrato su The Fork e, di conseguenza, dovrebbe essere al corrente di tutte le prenotazioni effettuate dai clienti, in un modo che non mi è piaciuto assolutamente, non mi ha saputo dare nessuna risposta. Inaspettatamente però, qualche minuto dopo, mentre il personale stava ancora verificando se effettivamente la mia prenotazione presso il loro locale fosse valida, è arrivato Giancarlo, un bravissimo e gentilissimo membro del personale, il quale ci ha salvato la serata. Egli infatti, a differenza dei suoi colleghi, con i quali avevo parlato precedentemente, dopo aver visto la mia prenotazione, non solo si è scusato a nome del personale che mi ha trattato in un modo indecente, ma, dopo avergli detto cosa volevamo mangiare, ci ha perfino portato personalmente tutto quanto al nostro tavolo e, al momento del pagamento, come indicato nella prenotazione, ci ha fatto il 50% di sconto. Pertanto, se non fosse stato per lui, qui, a Berlino, avrei trascorso la peggiore serata della mia vita. Inoltre, ci tengo a specificare che, escluso Giancarlo, nonostante la brutta esperienza avuta con il resto dei dipendenti, ho comunque deciso di valutare tutti gli aspetti del locale perchè alla fine Giancarlo ci ha salvato la serata, perciò, ho dato le valutazioni in base a come lui ci ha trattati e, ripeto, ci ha trattati veramente benissimo, altrimenti, avrei valutato tutto al minimo, dato che The Fork non mi consente di dare 0 stelle. Unexpectedly, however, a few minutes later, while the staff was still checking if my reservation at their restaurant was actually valid, Giancarlo arrived, a very good and very kind member of staff, who saved the evening for us. In fact, unlike his colleagues, with whom I had previously spoken, after seeing my reservation, he not only apologized on behalf of the staff who treated me in an indecent way, but, after having told him what we wanted to eat, he even personally brought everything to our table and, at the time of payment, as indicated in the reservation, he gave us a 50% discount. Therefore, if it weren't for him, here in Berlin, I would have had the worst evening of my life. Furthermore, I would like to specify that, excluding Giancarlo, despite the bad experience I had with the rest of the employees, I still decided to evaluate all aspects of the place because in the end Giancarlo saved our evening, therefore, I gave the evaluations based how he treated us and, again, he treated us really well, otherwise, I would have rated everything low, as The Fork does not allow me to give 0 stars. Deutsch Sobald wir im Restaurant ankamen und alle Details der über The Fork vorgenommenen Reservierung darlegten, fragte ich das Personal, welcher unser Tisch sei und letzteres, obwohl das Restaurant bei The Fork registriert war und daher bekannt sein sollte Auf all die Vorbehalte der Kunden, die mir überhaupt nicht gefielen, konnte er mir keine Antwort geben. Unerwartet kam jedoch ein paar Minuten später, während das Personal noch prüfte, ob meine Reservierung in ihrem Restaurant tatsächlich gültig war, Giancarlo, ein sehr guter und sehr netter Mitarbeiter, der uns den Abend rettete. Im Gegensatz zu seinen Kollegen, mit denen ich zuvor gesprochen hatte, entschuldigte er sich, nachdem er meine Reservierung gesehen hatte, nicht nur im Namen des Personals, das mich unanständig behandelt hatte, sondern er entschuldigte sich sogar, nachdem er ihm gesagt hatte, was wir essen wollten Er brachte alles persönlich an unseren Tisch und gewährte uns zum Zeitpunkt der Zahlung, wie in der Reservierung angegeben, 50 % Rabatt. Ohne ihn hätte ich also hier in Berlin den schlimmsten Abend meines Lebens erlebt. Darüber hinaus möchte ich präzisieren, dass ich, mit Ausnahme von Giancarlo, trotz der schlechten Erfahrungen, die ich mit den anderen Mitarbeitern gemacht habe, dennoch beschlossen habe, alle Aspekte des Lokals zu bewerten, da Giancarlo letztendlich unseren Abend gerettet hat, weshalb ich die Bewertungen abgegeben habe Basierend darauf, wie er uns behandelt hat, und wiederum hat er uns wirklich gut behandelt, sonst hätte ich alles niedrig bewertet, da The Fork es mir nicht erlaubt, 0 Sterne zu vergeben.

Great offer with the Fork festival. Staff are friendly and the place is very laid back. Food was generally good, not sure if I would choose to pay full price, but nevertheless had a good time.

Great little bar with heaps of TV screens. We watched the qld vs nsw state of origin and could see a screen no matter where you sat. Food was also very good.

The workers were not aware about the offer. Thwy were asking each other and nobody knew. After this embarrasment moment, I could order the food with the festival discount. Burgers were very tasty!
