Disappointed overall given the 9.3 rating. When we arrived (7.30/8pm) there was no one else in the restaurant, there was no atmosphere at all- not even music playing. The food was ok (apart from the alien green foam on my chicken main- which was really off putting even if it tasted ok…). It all felt very 1960’s! They also don’t tell you that you have to wear trousers, so men in shorts beware!! The saving grace was the incredible view- but from where we were sat, all the other view side restaurants were buzzing, so felt really let down.

All the waiters were amazing. Extremely friendly and gave lots of recommendations for local ingredients, dishes and wines. Service was fast but whilst also allowing adequate time between courses. Buratta starter was amazing as was the pasta dish we shared for our first course. An old recipe dating back to the 1800s containing scorpion fish. The sauce was unbelievable as was the presentation. We had the catch of the day for our main which was also outstanding.

Ate here at our hotel. Very extensive wine list. Got house white and red. Food very good but a little pricey. Atmosphere nice but lights so bright couldn’t see the lights on the bay. Only option for bill was to add to room which was confusing. Probably should come before sunset.
