Nunca me ha ocurrido, en ningún restaurante, que me cobren un precio superior al indicado en el ticket Además, cuando se realiza la reserva, no deben dar espectativas de adjudicar la mejor mesa si no es cierto. Al llegar al restaurante no solo no tenía la mejor mesa reservada sino que me explican (tarde) que habría que abonar un recargo de 10€ por persona. La experiencia para no repetir.

Estimada Carolina: Gracias por compartir tu experiencia con el resto de usuarios de la plataforma de El tenedor. Lamento que su experiencia no estuviera a la altura de sus expectativas. En cuanto al cobro de su ticket, no hay ninguna tarjeta cobrada ese día que no cuadre con el ticket, y los pagos en efectivo son cobrados con un cajero inteligente que da directamente el cambio en función a la comanda, por lo que el camarero no interviene en el proceso, aunque técnicamente, la máquina pudiera haber fallado. Con respecto a la ubicación en el restaurante, como le indicaron mis compañeros, las mesas premium tienen un suplemento de 10 € por persona, el resto de mesas se asignan en función de distintos parámetros. Nunca se garantiza mesa premium si no es reservada como tal. Atentamente, Mayte Agudo

Great little restaurant on the river with lovely views. Food was excellent, very tasty and well presented. Efficient and friendly service. The seats could be more comfortable, as hard plastic and no cushioning.

We had a lovely meal upstairs on the terrace, with nice view of river, although still hot at 830pm. Salad was delicious. Hubby enjoyed his veg burrito but my 4 cheese risotto was a little bland. I did ask for more Parmesan and they were happy to give.

A rooftop restaurant, good food, attentive staff, nice choice of wines. Could benefit from turning the plastic greenery into real plants, other than that, a lovely evening. Can recommend the leg of lamb.

Food was really good. Service was extraordinary! View upstairs of the city skyline across the river was amazing. Service was by Angela and Jesus and they were both very friendly, helped me with food decisions in English, and were very attentive to helping me with anything I need. Would come here again on my next trip.

We didn't actually stay to eat. The restaurant is in the roof of a hostel with cheap plastic tables and chairs on unlevel plastic grass, it's fans attracted to the wall. You have to pass the kitchen and washing room to access the roof terrace and neither looked nice. It wasn't a environment I wanted to stay and eat so we made our excuses and left.

The location of the outside tables overlooking the river is attractive, however the rest of the experience is rather less pleasant. The online ordering system failed because of the lack on internet reception outside. Our waiter said that this was not usual. There was no paper copy to compensate for the lack of internet. Most importantly the quality of the food was terrible. My partners 'leg of lamb' was almost inedible and resembled no lamb he had ever tasted before. My mushroom risotto with Iberian ham was equally bad, no flavour, minimal ham, sloppy rice which appeared to have a few tinned mushrooms added. All expensive too, a place to avoid!

I likes very much this little restaurant. I have been there with my wife and our son and we booked a table on the terrace where we had a nice view . Great experience. The food and the service were excellent.
