A very enjoyable evening, great service and the food was delicious. The setting is stylish and relaxed. We arrved early and enjoyed Cocktails in the beautiful bar area. There was a very good selection of beer and wines to accompany our meal. We loved the take on sushi which we opted for to begin followed by steak and the squid and monkfish mains. Both were really tasty and flaversome. The Portuguese desserts were fantastic. Our waiter took very good care of us ensuring we could appreciate the Portuguese cuisine and understand the fusions. All safe were pleasant and courteous. Highly recommend.

Nice ambiance, trendy decor and pleasant view by the water. Food was good but underwhelming considering the price point. I liked the flavor of my steak, but found the cut to be a bit tough and chewy. The fig and cheese plate had good flavors but the fig was a little overpowering. Overall, it’s a good venue for a night out, but okay for food.

Absolutely brilliant, stunning modern design, huge airy space, excellent polite and attentive waiting staff. Started of with two delicious and unusual cocktails, we both had starters of goat cheese gratinee which was sublime, main courses of bacalhau Huge portion very tasty and well prepared, I had guinea fowl breast which was good but not outstanding. Dessert was the house take on chocolate...OMG a chocoholics delight. With a glass of superb wine the bill came to around €113 very reasonable for a superb meal in stunning surroundings. It’s a moments walk from Santa Apolonia metro so very easy to get too!

Bica do Sapato was disappointing. The crab rice was not fresh, as was the fish soup which tasted like the waste water after soaking some fishy plates. Overall, a big dip compared to a few previous visits. I can only praise the dessert -- perfect but they have a separate kitchen for it. Unfortunately, this restaurant seems to be following in the footsteps of Papaçorda which lost its charm after it scaled up the cooking.
