The service was good. We had 2 waiters, one was pleasant & seemed happy to be at work but the other one was quite grumpy. Not sure what the delineation was but the pleasant one mostly served the food. A full glass of wine was knocked over by a waiter & all we got was an apology & an “I’ll bring you another one” but we never saw it.

My wife and I had eaten at Bin 232 in Coolangatta a number of times before it closed due to the Pandemic and looked forward to eating at the Broadbeach relocation. We were not disappointed. The shared plate Tapas menu had our favourite items and we quickly chose the spicy calamari, duck spring rolls, and two serves of the spicy, sticky pork belly Yum, just as we remembered and the equal of any Tapas we had eaten on our numerous trips to Spain and Portugal, Needless to say we will certainly return to Bin 232.

One of the staff serving struggled to understand us given the language difference. Hence some of our orders weren't correct. They did try and amend and apologised. I have been here a lot but may decide on a different venue next time. Understand there are staff shortages so tried to make allowances but it was very frustrating.

The food was exceptional as always. Our favourite is the pork belly and teriyaki popcorn chicken. The wine is also delicious. The food came out quick, and the staff were all friendly. The only disappointing factor was, none of the staff knew anything about the fork discount for signing up so we never received it.

We ordered the Pork Belly with mustard and that was absolutely delicious! I loved the Zucchini flowers, the sauce was also perfection. I really enjoyed the pork quesadillas but my partner didn’t enjoy them (maybe because he doesn’t like tomato relish much). The Chocolate mousse with honeycomb dessert was 10/10. All good was 10/10 for me, I’d go here again. Unfortunately there wasn’t many main meal options at all, so we ordered extra entrees instead.

Great food - great service. Surprisingly quiet on a Saturday night which was really nice. Not the cheapest place to go to back the food was definitely worth it. Will go back.

Food and service were wonderful! We shared many of the small plates amongst a few ladies each dish was outstanding. The waiter helped us select what to order and it was perfect. Also appreciated the great selection of wines. Thank you.

We were on holiday on the Gold Coast and had a meal at Bin 232. Overall it was a good experience with the tapas dishes being a highlight but there were a few things that weren't great as well. The service was good (although single glasses of water and no jugs was a bit weird) and the loaded chips, pulled pork quesadilla and arancini balls were delicious but the pumpkin risotto that we were looking forward to was a real disappointment. We had made a risotto at home that was 10 times better than that one... The atmosphere was OK but it is located in Pacific Fair shopping centre, so you couldn't ask for much. Although as a stand alone restaurant it could have great atmosphere. Worth checking out but avoid the risotto.
