About the restaurant Binario nove tre quarti

What an amazing experience. Quaint little place, with maybe 10 tables, very nice ambiance and background music. Food was amazing, will certainly return.

A charming non-fish restaurant in Civitavecchia. The pasta with radicchio and Gorgonzola was extraordinary.

A little strangely Harry Potter-themed Italian restaurant. There were no fish/seafood dishes on on the menu, which is strange for a coastal town like Civitavecchia, but we enjoyed having a steak after having had so much seafood previous days. Service was nice and welcoming. The antipasti of grilled vegetables only contained zucchini and eggplant. Good and fresh, but served too cold. The primo piatto was a very well-made creamy pasta. This was the highlight of the meal. The seconodo was 300 g steak (bistecca) but the meat was low quality Irish import rib eye. It was served medium without much finesse. The wine (a rosso di Montalcino) was good and matched the food. Overall it was ok, but if you want really good food in Civitavecchia, go for one of the small fish/pizza places.
