Great restaurant and friendly staff. We were impressed with the quality of the food and wine. The service was also excellent. The only negative point was that the first welcome dish was still frozen on the inside. But the rest of the dishes were excellent.

Very disappointing meal - we all had the big seven course tasting menu and it was poor. No big tastes or flavours and the different courses did not “fit” well - not a good combination.

We had booked a table, But felt like they were fitting us in like a walk in. As soon as we sat down it was smooth sailing. The service was excellent, the food was amazing and the rest is history. Second time here, and just as amazing as the first. This is a great food experience.

We were there at lunch time on Tuesday in September and were the only people there. it is very busy in the evenings. The setting is nice and quiet off the main road. The food was exquisite We had the tasting menu which was beautifully presented and a very substantial and interesting lunch. Quite different from the usual menu del dia...highly recommend. Not a cheap option but still good value. Very good indeed.

This nice small cosy restaurant serves excellent meals. We had a goat cheese salat and several small starters to begin. All were fresh and of excellent quality. As main course we had duck and sirloin. The sirloin is served rare with a hot stone, so that you can prepare yourselve. The sirloin was extremely tender. Really good! The duck was also very good. The french fries were served with homemade mayonaise (so good!).
We needed to share the panna cotta and again we were not disappointed. Next to the open wines on the wine list, some others could be ordered by glass. The selected wines were a nice combination with the served food. The owner is friendly and gave good advice. We immediately booked a table within two days.
This restaurant is so much better than the average restaurant in Albir and is worth to be visited.

Read the reviews thought it would be worth a try. An absolute treasure! Welcoming staff and very spanish. Essentially a fish restaurant par excellance but supplies meat dishes as well. A starter of prawns in garlic and a goats cheese salid followed by Bass and a Salmon main course. The Bass was the catch of the day and it was melt in the mouth. The big surprise was the bill, a very reasonable cost for a 5 starr meal plus wine. A definite visit my next time in Albir.

Food and service were excellent! Can’t be faulted. Off the main stretch in a residential area but otherwise a nice outdoor setting. Been twice on wine trip, will be on our list for the next trip!
