9.5/10The service and the food are amongst the best we have eaten in Portugal in the last two weeks. The wines by the glass were excellent, delicious and perfect with our sea bass and risotto. We enjoyed this enough that we plan to return.

9.5/10Bad weather, so eating inside on the second floor of the hotel. Nice room with quiet atmosphere. Menu was interesting, definitely not for children, though. Very reasonable priced wine list. Attentive service with a sense of humor and the server had excellent English language skills.

10/10We thoroughly enjoyed the prie fixe menu paired with wine. Our servers did an exceptional job of explaining the food and wine pairings. And made it even more special by extending a Maderia tasting at the end of the meal. Our best meal in Portugal! Thank you!

10/10We’re staying at the Porto Bay Flores and decided to give the Bistro Flores a try the day we arrived. It was an incredible experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and informed. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved every minute!

9/10The food was very good and the service perfect. But the whole experience was spoilt because the restaurant did not give us the offer from Fork, which was 30 per cent discount. This is an expensive place, it is a big difference for us - I was sure the discount was applied on the bill, then came back home and checked and found out it was not. If a restaurant decides to go on Fork, it should play according to the rules. And yes, I could have gone online right away and checked before I paid, but I just trusted them. Disappointing.

10/10We loved everything about our evening here. The food was incredible (the lamb and the beef, plus the Mont Blanc desert) and the service from Ramiro was exceptional. Extra sparkling Douro wines and a chocolate desert for a bday celebration were welcome and surprising extras in beautiful surroundings.
