10/10I could talk about the extraordinary cordon bleu (with goat cheese - yummy) or the fact that this very nice bistro is located a little bit away from tourist crowds (that's something I really do prefer) but - I HAVE to talk about the people working there. With my husband feeling really unwell and not willing to call an ambulance they were outstanding. Bringing cold water and ice, letting him lay on the floor for a while and always asking about how to help... We're so thankful for your support. All the best????????????????

7/10Pros: The duck breast and caesar salad were well prepared and well seasoned. They had our reservation and were welcoming, promptly seating us with our infant. Service was timely enough considering how busy the two servers were. Cons: They were short staffed, with 2 servers acting as host, bartender, server for roughly 40 covers at once on a Friday night. Our server informed us of the limitations of The Fork discount which was appreciated, but didn't inform us about the infant's meal not being included in that discount. Additionally, despite a drink coming with that meal per the menu, we were charged separately for one. Not sure if there was a miscommunication there or what but it was a bit disappointing. Still, giving Bistro Polo a 7/10 overall and would say I'd recommend it on the whole with the discount.

3/10I went to Bistro Polo in Strasbourg with my family after seeing some good reviews online. The food was not bad, but I was disappointed that they did not apply the offer from TheFork properly. The service was friendly and attentive. However, when we paid the bill, we were charged more than the advertised price. We showed the waiter the offer on TheFork, but he said that it was not valid for our order. We were a bit disappointed by this, as we had specifically chosen Bistro Polo because of the offer. We ended up paying about €25 more than we expected. Overall, I would say that the food at Bistro Polo is not bad. However, I would be hesitant to recommend it to others because of the issue with the TheFork offer.

8/10Food came super quickly, the waiter and waitress were very kind and available, they explained to us how the offer worked beforehand. They were always smiling and kind (quality that I value a lot for all of those who work in contact with people). We had a small cute table on the terrace. It was maybe a bit hard at some point to fit all the plates but we managed ???? Overall satisfied, I recommend!

9/10The price of the well tasting, fresh food was reasonable for the quality of the food. Even without a discount. But the restaurant honored my reservation with a 50 percent discount, which made it an absolutely amazing deal.

8.5/10The burger is very good. Spätzels are good too. Cordon Bleu and Escalope are a bit blank. For dessert the chocolate one is the best. The tiramisu is good too but I don't recommend the Paris-brest.

6.5/10Nice ambiance and wide range of menu choices. Not quite executed as well as it could be with slightly greasy spetzli, slightly burned cordon bleu and chips just a bit over too. Meatballs were good. Price was good.

6.5/10I suspect that the risotto contained creme (!). The portion was very rich though. The Italian burger was okay. The wineglass I got was dirty. It was hard to tell whether the staff was joking/trying to be funny or was uninterested.
