Slow service Complained about the food to the lounge manager and he gave an unpleasant answer and did not do anything to solve the issue. The price paid does not compensate the poor service.

Visited twice over the past 3-4 days. The food has been nothing but amazing. My compliments to the chef. Ciro is an amazing host and very welcoming / hospitable.

Mi hija celiaca ha pedido pan sin gluten y le han traído pan normal, solo nos hemos dado cuenta cuando se había tomado el primer panecillo. Nos han pedido muy educadamente disculpas pero es un error que no recuerdo que nos haya pasado nunca.

We waited an hour for our meal after coming early for our reservation during a time when the restaurant wasn't busy and our steak was rare when we requested medium and on top of that having to ask for bread while you wait for the meal, only to also have to pay 10 euros when it should normally be complimentary with your meal is simply ridiculous. The atmosphere is nice but having 4 different waiters for different things is simply unnecessary. Why have a waiter for ice, one for bread, one to take your order and one to seat you. The term "Too many chefs in the kitchen" is something they should keep in mind to provide a better experience for customers. Overall, I would not recommend going here and we will not be coming back.

Restaurante situado num hotel bem decorado simples mas sofisticado . Serviço pouco eficiente e profissional para o pretendido e refletido no preco .Só compensada por 2 empregados simpáticos mas sem grande experiência proficional. Comida bem confecionada mas veio já fria para a mesa e a dúvida se havia confirmada pela sobremesa que também veio fria ( creme brulee ) Preço justo se estas coisas fossem resolvidas assim como está não .

We had a great experience which exceeded our expectations. All the dishes we had were delicious and my partner had the best bacalao so far in Portugal. The staff are very warm, welcoming and efficient.

The restaurant was nice, the food was good, the only thing bothering was that I only went there because of a promotion on the fork, which then didn’t get applied… I don’t blame the restaurant itself, more that Fork is a shitty app that tricks people… so check your reservation mails ;-) The restaurant was nice, but without the promo I would have gone somewhere else… Anyway, still a nice restaurant and pleasant food ????????

We were greeted by a welcoming staff and a surprise fado performance. It was great. The starters were good, but the "ameijoas à bulhão pato" lacked flavour. The main dishes were amazing, good flavors and texture composition. I don't remember what I got for desert but I know it's worth going back just for it. The wine was a bit too pricey but overall a great experience.

We are often at Bistro 4. Actually very often. First time we were disappointed. Our Bill was wrong min. 20 € more than what would it be. I saw it later. Food we didn’t eat was on bill etc. We ordered Pingado, she brought expresso, when I said this is not pingado, she contradicted. Shocked! Finally she brought milk but explained us that pingado has very little milk, but there was zero milk in coffee. We are not used to from Bistro 4 such behavior. But Food was excellent like always ! Service failed today.
