Good restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The only minus was some extra waiting between the first dish and the second but if it wasn't for that i would give it a 10. I will definitely eat there again.

This is the first time in years I am so surprised by the overall combination of good food and outstanding service in Amsterdam. The service is simply fanulous and both owners know how to make you feel comfortable in their home. I loved it.

This restaurant was so nice...great location on a quiet, quaint street, wonderful service (the waitress co-owns the restaurant with her boyfriend and is very caring and attentive), and the food was absolutely delicious. It's a restaurant put together with a lot of love and attention to details.

We hard a wonderfull evening in this restaurant.
They have all the specialities from the french Alps, but I'm not a fan of cheese,so I took the rillette of smoked forel. Served with a green salade and toast baguette, really nice and as main course the Char (beekridder), grenobloise style with a foarm of beurre noisette, the fish was nicelly cooked and well seasoned.
The waitress is really friendly and kind !
Nice place for cheese eater and Classic french cuisine
Love the place

Starters : - Capuccino of pumpkin and chestnut, one the the best soup I ever had, smooth creamy and tastefull
- plateau des alpes : selection of cheese and charcuteries : charcuteries are really nice (coppa is awesome) and the cheese as well .
Main : - Canard a l'orange, creamy purée, veggies nicelly cooked and the duck itself cooked like it supposed to be Rosé
- Raclette, two kind : nature and smoked with charcuterie again (didn't mind because really good) and potatoes
dessert : classique crème brulée but executed perfectly
Friends told me about this restaurant that it was special and I'm not disappointed. Every bites of charcuterie, meat, cheese,... are well done and well selected.
The waitress is sweet and kind. She did gave us a great evening.
Next time we go for the fondue, our table neighbour enjoyed it very much.
Great restaurant in the city

Great place, the chestnut and pumpkin soup we had was one of the best soups I've ever tasted - really amazing. And the fondue was great too, nice change to have some cold meat served with the fondue rather than just bread which is pretty common at other fondue places. Would recommend this place to anyone - we really enjoyed it.

We came on a Saturday night without booking a table, the waitress did find a place on a little table. It was kind from here because the restaurant was full of people, she said we might have to wait a little bit, but we didn't mind, we went to the restaurant to relax.
We ordered the Fondue Montagnarde, absolutely awesome, the cheeses inside the fondue are really tasty and the cold cuts are really fine quality.
The lemon tart was really well done and the two waitress were smiling and friendly. A great warm place in Amsterdam

Amazing dinner at this lovely bistrot. After entering inside the restaurant you forget to be in The Netherlands and you feel projected inside a lodge on the Alps (if only there were a fireplace I would have given 10). We were greeted by a very gentle and smiling waitress that helped us in the choice of dishes. The food, from the starters to the dessert was absolutely terrific and abundant (small tip, bread in the starter was good but if it had been warm it would have been perfect). If during a cold winter you want to a have a lovely dinner, this is for sure one of the best place in Amsterdam.

We heard about this place from a friend, we are crazy of the Alps. We go there often in holidays.
This restaurant is exactly what we were expecting, wood on the wall, smell of cheese and cosy atmosphere.
I took a raclette that you melt yourself under a coal oven, my girl friend took the tartiflette. It was perfect ! The quality of the charcuteries and the cheese is really great, the portion are also more than enough. the pice is reasonable.
The waitresses are sweets and gives you good advice for the wine.
I just missed the landscape to feel like in the mountain.
We definitely come back
