2.5/10We are disappointed from this restaurant. The food was awful and the do not have many options. We extremely annoyed with an attitude from waiter, who was rude with us. In general this is very small place with disgusting food, so I recommend to choose another restaurant in Pisa.

6.5/10Friendly and helpful waitress has kept scores higher than would be otherwise. The smell of newly bleached floor was a bit off putting. Floors being cleaned when we arrived. One of our party was given spinach when she asked that this was not included. The air con quickly made the room cold and heaters were put on to remedy the situation. No potatoes were available at all and limited gluten free options. The dessert was also disappointing 3 squares of chocolate and some Port. Perhaps a poor choice. The worst meal we had on our trip I’m afraid.

5.5/10Unfortunately they made us wait 25 minutes for our table. They were sorry for that and they offered us 2 glasses of prosecco: we said that we drink only red wine, so they gave us two of them but at the end we discovered that we paid them! The waitress took a wrong order and she was so disappointed on that and she said that was our mistake (we ordered pasta with ragù and we received pasta with garlic sauce, so not something to easily confused). We gave the plate back to them (without touching it) and at least we didn't pay for it. It looks as a good and friendly place, but we didn't have a good experience.

Gentile Andrea, Avete prenotato con the fork alle 13,16 per le 13,30. Siete arrivati alle 13,23, quindi in anticipo, e vi abbiamo fatto sedere alle 13,42. Quindi con soli 12 minuti di ritardo rispetto al vostro orario di prenotazione, in una giornata di festa, con l'affluenza a massimi livelli. Certo, sempre meglio che il tavolo ci sia all'orario per il quale è stata fatta la prenotazione. D'altra parte l'applicazione della quale stiamo parlando consente 15 minuti di elasticità nei confronti dei clienti, non vedo perchè quando sono necessari al ristoratore questo diventi una colpa mortale. In riferimento all'ordine sbagliato ci dispiace! Visto l'errore è stato tolto dal conto, seppur crediamo nella professionalità della nostra collaboratrice. Il nostro è in effetti un posto che fa dell'accoglienza uno dei suoi punti forti. Importante però è il modo in cui ci si pone e la leggerezza con la quale ci si approccia al Bistrot: evidentemente non avete capito e la vostra esperienza non poteva che andare così!

9.5/10Small restuarant with a big emphasis on wine. Great place for our lunch in Pisa: the waitress was personable and accommodating - she responded to our change of wines quickly and was helpful in choosing our dishes. One of us had the excellent Scottona Tagliata with Caramelized Tropea Onions and one of us had the Artisan Pici with Cinta Senese White Ragù on Tuscan Pecorino Cream: both were outstanding. A very satisfying meal.

4/10Make sure you check the menu first. We had gone over the menu here on The Fork and upon arrival found out that 4 out of the 5 items we were expecting to have were unavailable.
