6.5/10Pasta alla carbonara muy salada. El vitello tonato de los entrantes sin salsa. Pedimos un poco de salsa que es buena, pero no la que estamos acostumbrados a tomar porque no tenìa mayonesa. Dirìa que es comida piamontesa "revisitada" .

La salsa tonnata a cui siete abituati voi (con la maionese) non è la salsa Tonnata tradizionale. La carbonara non era salata ma forse anche li siete abituati a carbonare con panna e parmigiano e non con il pecorino. E il vitello tonnato viene proposto con salsa pari al Peso della carne forse voi volevate mangiare tonnata con vitello e non viceversa. Bisognerebbe discernere tra gusto personale ed esecuzione

9/10Well, the food belied the setting. The place is in a great location and at least is not flooded with light as in other places around Turin, there is little character to the interior design and the tables and chairs are plastic and a bit too close together. There is no real interior decoration or plants, to speak of, to make you feel cosy and comfortable. On the other hand - the music was on point during the whole of our stay. Then, however, the food starts to arrive, not to mention a great wine and cocktail list, - the food is sublime. I will not go in to detail so as not to break the spell. Everything was curated and painstakingly prepared and explained (at length) by the proud Chef/owner (not sure which). All in all a great spot but I just think that they should take a bit more pride in every aspect which is outside of the kitchen (music policy excluded).
