We had a delicious well cooked meal with attentive and considerate service. We were surprised to find this restaurant in a retirement village but really glad to have been there and would definitely recommend as a peaceful setting for quality food

Turned up at venue which was poorly described on the afternoon tea website. The venue is actually a retirement village / care home. Although the place was actually ok but they did not have afternoon tea available. Was disappointed as we drove 18 miles to this venue You system clearly doesn’t work with the restaurant.

We hadn't realised that this is part of a retirement village, albeit a very upmarket one! Lovely gardens, sureoundings, staff and fiod v good we had a nice time.

The service was exceptional, the decor was beautiful & Afternoon Tea was super delicious. A very lovely way to spend the afternoon with my Mum on Mother's Day.

We had a spa day at the Natura Spa. Followed by Afternoon Tea. The presentation and the quality of the food was amazing. We had to Bring a few cakes home! Processo was so good we had to ask what it was. The surrounds and staff just lovely we will defo go again Thankyou

The meal was good and reasonably priced. We had roast beef and lamb. Generous helpings, well cooked and very tasty. Staff were v good. Seemed very awkward at their inability to comply with the customer requests as below. What was disappointing was: a) no cocktails available, not even non alcoholic b) no Pimms, despite appearing on the drinks menu. Only available for "events" apparently, so take it off the menu for ordinary customers please. c) not able to add a blob of cream on top of an iced coffee.

Wonderful food and setting! All the dishes were beautifully prepared and packed full of flavour. Service was spot on and staff very friendly. We will be back to try afternoon tea.

I had great expectations but was disappointed by being served luke warm food. To be fair they replaced my lunch with a hot plate of food. I felt the portions were rather small but tasty. We ordered dessert and coffee and the coffee was served before the desserts so coffee was cold by the time we were ready to drink them. They also were replaced with hot coffee. Sadly, altogether not the most pleasant or relaxing experience.
