8.5/10The food proposal is very interesting and made even more so by our attendant, Lotta, who commanded the menu with such ease that we thought she was Peruvian. The food is good and the instagramable cocktails are worth the taste. Definitely recommended.

5.5/10Long wait to be served. Waitresses very inexperienced. Long wait between dishes. Food was brought from the fridge, the starter we ate it cold but it was a cold from a fridge not cold room temperature. The meat shortbread is supposed to be slow cooked was not soft and was not juicy. The cassava fries were probably left long waiting and were cold when they arrived with main dish. We had to ask for new ones and of course we ate them as a desert. The only thing we actually liked was the dessert which is the matcha crème brulee. Sorry but this is not a 9/10 restaurant.

Luis Rojas is geboren en getogen in Peru en brengt zijn Latijns-Amerikaanse roots naar BlueBlood. Je kunt een gevarieerde en avontuurlijke combinatie verwachten van de soepele, zuivere smaken van Japan en het pittige, speelse palet dat onmiskenbaar is in Latijns-Amerika.
