God great, ambiance great, service very slow and alternative server often had to set in and help it seemed. She seemed lost and didn't know much about menu when asked. For this price point, I don't expect.

We were 2 couples. Design of the hotel lobby and Bluespoon Restaurant is amazing. Service part was more or less fine. Not Excellent, but still ok. Food presentation was very pleasant, however food itself was somewhere bellow middle. We have ordered some starters (cheese selection was poor, variety very unbalanced), that were nice. On main course we have tried fish. Monkfish was really nice (too small portion I can say), Halibut was like chewing gum, very unpleasant. Dessert was the most surprisingly ridiculous, specially Tiramisu. That was not tiramisu, that was something else and not nice. Dessert spoiled everything. Never come back again.

A real shame. Excellent ambiance, very good food but let down by a shambolic service and two hours for a starter and a main, in a restaurant with less than twenty tables. Very unlikely we will be back.

Slightly quirky modern vibe. Excellent food and first class service. My partner chose the dorado and I had the octopus, both were good. I would thoroughly recommend.

Not keen at leaving negative reviews, but hoping it helps the restaurant to improve as well… Food, service, ambience… everything was far below expectations With such few options in the menu I’d expected everything would be cooked to perfection. Instead, it was barely good enough. Cooking was on point and nothing tasted badly, but that was as far as positive could be. The staff was friendly but clearly untrained. Took long to sit us down. They couldn’t find our reservation, but my email confirmation, plenty of empty tables and no one else waiting wasn’t enough for the receptionist to sort it out. We had talk him into it… which I obviously regret. We should have left The poor decor and sad atmosphere should have been enough hint. We unfortunately chose to give the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Not there or anywhere else that gives such bad first impression

The restaurant was beautifully designed with contemporary look. The food was delicious. Every dish was perfectly seasoned and well plated. The cocktails were creative. We were offered free spritz and dessert. The dessert was beautifully decorated with heart shaped ruby chocolate, a surprise for our anniversary celebration. The staff were attentive and friendly. Looking forward to visit again.

Since it was an open kitchen we could see the chef putting spoons and utensils in his mouth, placing it in a container and than reusing it. I’m sure there was some liquid in it, hopefully with 90% alcohol, but it was not a nice thought that the items were put on a plate with utensils that had been in someone else mouth. Personally I even don’t reuse spoons that I used to taste dishes when cooking for the family, if I have to taste again or stir I will get a clean one, that has been washed in the dishwasher. Given that it often takes a certain amount of time and contact for disinfectant agents to work, I would highly recommend changing this custom. Serving staff was friendly
