Service and food are very high quality. Unfortunately we didn't the possibility to choose paella or rice for dinner. Few choise for vegeterian/vegan

Very good restaurant at the outside of the center. Surprising good dishes with an outstanding mix of different tasteds. We took the €35 menu with a bottle of red wine (€13) The price/quality ratio is very good. Go there and be surprised.

As a vegetarian it is Not easy to find a Restaurant mediterran Style that offers vegetarian food. But despite the fact that Bobal Resto Bar die Not have any vegetarian Main course in its menu the offered us spontaneously three different opportunities for two People. The food was more than delicious the wine is well. It is Definition worth visiting this Place!

Starters and desert dishes were very good quality. We bot opted for a fish main course which we both felt didn't reach the same standard, A pleasant restaurant worth visiting.

One of the best gourmet experiences in Valencia ! Better than the Poblet, with innovative approach to the usual dishes for the region. Gazpacho is a must, as well as the duck apperizer and the pork in the main manu. From the postres, the pear is fantastic !

Excellent food and great service. A real gem and worth a visit.

The food, wine and service was amazing! We loved the Horchata dessert especially but the rest of the meal was delicious. Hands down one of our best meals of the trip!

Maden er god, tilberedningen præcis og retterne er flot arrangeret. Rigtig god mad til en lav pris.

El ambiente muy tranquilo, la camarera atenta y simpática. El menú tenía toques muy originales pero personalmente lo vi escaso. Aún así, está todo muy rico y merece la pena probarlo.

The flavour of the food was excellent and wine complemented the dishes. Waitress spoke excellent English and was able to explain each course. Will definitely return before we leave Valencia.
