10/10We discovered this restaurant on the food walking tour and are so pleased we went back. It is a little walk out of the centre but worth the walk or tram number 5 takes you fairly close. We had an excellent meal and pleasant friendly service. Plenty of choice on the menu and somewhere we will definitely return to.

6.8/10I popped by this place as we were looking for a summer terrace cafe in the neighborhood. It's not the best view - no canals or parks ; but it's on a decent street.. Perfect for a casual relaxed beer. And that's what we had ; lots of beer!! The selection of beer is decent. To must admit ; the service is great. They checked on us quite regularly and food was served fairly quickly. We had the beef tartare - good; shrimp cocktail - ok and the meat platter - loved it!! The meat platter is perfect for two with pulled chicken, fennel sausage, ham, steak, Peking duck... The food was above average for a just a regular cafe.. Next time I wana grab a beer and a bite on the terrace this summer - I'm heading over here!

About this restaurant
At Boca's you can choose from various sandwiches (boca's) during the day and in the evening they have snack-plateaus, all of it is made to share with the whole table. A fine choice if you fancy a long night out. The summery vibe is thanks to the wooden floor and couches drowned in pillows. From the terrace you have a nice view over the vivid Westerstraat!
