Although we checked our reservation was ok at lunchtime the waiter was very vague. When we turned later we knew why it was shut! We realised that at lunchtime we were being fobbed off. Pretty crap really especially on New Years eve

We book for New Years eve and it a caotic disastre, we left hungry and spend the middnight bells waiting for starters, it was dirty service appauling . Waiters insulting and shouting at customers, dirty glasses everywhere and food disgusting.
