Mattia and company at Bogart's have a fantastic restaurant! The dishes are excellent, and the recipes are innovative while not straying too far from their Mediterranean roots. In short, the ingredients are fresh and the flavors wonderful. Additionally, they have created a welcoming, comforting, and cozy atmosphere. We have frequented Bogart's both in person and now via takeaway (given the pandemic), and encourage others to do the same. You won't be disappointed.

Little gem of a restaurant hidden in a small street between Toison d'Or and Chaussée d'Ixelles! Amazing food, super service and great music! Can't wait to go back!

Amazing place. The staff was welcoming and thoughtful, the setting is lovely, cosy with soft lighting and slightly retro music. The food was incredible. Some of the best octopus and truffle pasta I’ve ever had, and everything up a notch even in the smallest details; ie the quality of the balsamic vinegar or basil that you could smell from across the table. We had the octopus and burrata, then pork and truffle ravioli. The pairing of chorizo and octopus, parmigiana and burrata was perfect. The potato cream surprised me but again worked perfectly with the octopus dish.The ravioli were spot on, just the right amount of truffle, and the pork was very good too (I’m not a big fan of almonds but that’s just me). I was sceptical about the tiramisu because I love soft dessert and wasn’t sure about the use of brick, but it really didn’t matter because the scrumptious coffee mascarpone made you forget about anything between. The only ‘faux pas’ was perhaps the cheesecake: the caramel too sweet, the cocoa crumble not really bringing any flavours and thus not counterbalancing this sweetness (I assume that was the point..?). Otherwise, pretty much the best dining experience I’ve had in Brussels. And reasonable prices. Will definitely come back!
