8.5/10Boizé is part of the Mercure hotel in Niort. It has a very nice/warm atmosphere with original and tasteful decoration. The food and drinks are served quickly and offer very good value for money. The staff are very friendly, helpful and competent.

8.5/10Beau et grand restau au sein du Mercure. Spacieux. Tout est bon, justement bon, ni trop bon ni pas assez bon. Cuisine honnête. Personnel très très serviable.

5.5/10Our starters were fine but our steaks (ordered medium rare) were very overdone and after sending them back, one of the replacements was still overcooked. My apple tart had a base which tasted stale, and my husband’s cheese course was not at all good (which was a shame as the cheese at breakfast the following morning was excellent). All in all disappointing and not what we had expected given the other reviews.
