This restaurant is a treasure, providing an interesting menu, by serving creative, yet seemingly simple, combinations of ingredients to enhance the flavours of fresh seafood. My grilled amberjack was served with a slightly sweet fennel orange sauce, topped with chicory. The chocolate cake sat in a warm chocolate sauce, topped with a banana mousse with bits of dried banana. The wine list compliments the restaurant’s seafood focus. The service was attentive and the pacing of the meal was perfect. It is fairly rare as a single woman that I experience the level of service as I did at Borgo Salino. Thank you.

Very nice evening, the food was great, The place is just a step away from the crowded boardwalk, much more enjoyable and relax. People are nice, meals are tasty, I had the octopus as an entrée and the grilled swordfish as a meal. Everything was delicious.

By far best dinner we had in Italy in our 3 weeks vacation. We dined at 3 Micheline restaurants and none of them could offer the level of excellence in personalized customer care, food quality and ambiance that you find at this place. Georgio and the staff were amazing! Definitely coming back and highly recommended. Fine, very affordable and exquisite dining experience.

Excellent refined dining atmosphere adjacent to several blocks of party scene and takeaways. Order both the shellfish tower and the tartare tower. Strong dessert options.
