9.5/10Wonderful food and service. Fantastic indoor space - I did not give it 10:10 on ambience only because the indoor room was too hot. I cannot wait to eat again at this restaurant which, in my opinion, is one of the best between Ostia and Fiumicino.

10/10We wanted a local well rated restaurant to celebrate our 56th anniversary and our granddaughter's 17th birthday. We had come off a Greek island cruise and would fly out the next morning. The staff was helpful with the menu choices. The fish dishes were local catches and delicious. My granddaughter and I picked a dessert that was a huge plate of fresh fruit AND several flavors of gelato that were encased in fruit and nut shells. Good finish for a memorable night in Rome!

8/10Material quality was superb, as well as cooking and dish preparation. Waiter a little bit pompus for my taste and accoustics relatively ecoing. Had shrimps, prawns, tuna, swordfish, sea bass, anchovy, octopus tails, salted cod and more. Born and raised up at the sea and worked at trawler for some time. I like consuming good food, as well. So I consider myself knowing good seafood from not. The verdict: Food was excellent, would totally recommend it.

10/10Excellent seafood. First course was Insalata di Mare and Mussels and both were very generous portions and delicious. The salad was so fresh, had a great assortment of seafood and also was presented beautifully. For our second course we chose the grilled calamari and the grilled octopus. Again, both superb. Highly recommend Borgo Salino!

10/10This restaurant is a treasure, providing an interesting menu, by serving creative, yet seemingly simple, combinations of ingredients to enhance the flavours of fresh seafood. My grilled amberjack was served with a slightly sweet fennel orange sauce, topped with chicory. The chocolate cake sat in a warm chocolate sauce, topped with a banana mousse with bits of dried banana. The wine list compliments the restaurant’s seafood focus. The service was attentive and the pacing of the meal was perfect. It is fairly rare as a single woman that I experience the level of service as I did at Borgo Salino. Thank you.

10/10Very nice evening, the food was great, The place is just a step away from the crowded boardwalk, much more enjoyable and relax. People are nice, meals are tasty, I had the octopus as an entrée and the grilled swordfish as a meal. Everything was delicious.

10/10By far best dinner we had in Italy in our 3 weeks vacation. We dined at 3 Micheline restaurants and none of them could offer the level of excellence in personalized customer care, food quality and ambiance that you find at this place. Georgio and the staff were amazing! Definitely coming back and highly recommended. Fine, very affordable and exquisite dining experience.

10/10Excellent refined dining atmosphere adjacent to several blocks of party scene and takeaways. Order both the shellfish tower and the tartare tower. Strong dessert options.
