E i suoi desideri.

Really good high-end food. The restaurant is beautiful. Not cheap but you’d expect that from this type of restaurant. Tasting menu was great.

Very expensive for little food, hardly any meat, theme of gold and liver, flower leaves etc was repeated several times. Ok I can see that the staff spends a lot of time in making a piece of art of your dinner, but I'd rather have less art and more quality food. For this money I could have fed 4 people equally good somewhere else.

Flavour combinations were excellent, especially steak tartare and pidgeon breast with artichoke heart.
Wine selection from sommelier was magic.
Table and chairs are a little on the low side for average Dutch people, however my handbag received its own foot stool.
Perfect eye for detail!

Unfortunately the food was not very exciting.... the presentation of the plates is very nice but at least for some of the dishes the flavors were not very suddle, and we have barely touched them...
Service was ok, however I was surprised that plates that went to the kitchen almost in-touched did not get any attention from the staff- I would not expect that to be a standard thing at a Michelin restaurant...

Overall- don’t see myself going back for more...

We really enjoyed the experience. We had a genuinly lovely evening. The food was beautifully prepared and the staff excellent, attentive, but not too much.
There was only one ladies toilet and it was out of the dining area and in the main hotel ...and there was a queue. A new toilet, that reflects the dining experience would be very nice.
