Food was fair, but far from being memorable and from deserving any Michelin star. Only the presentation and the price were Michelin-star compatible. Flavors were really disapointing.

The setting is beautiful with a Mountain View. The restaurant itself has a charming interior. We had tbe 9 course vegetarian menu for one and the a regular 9 course menu too. All the food was prepared and seasoned to perfection. The staff were very friendly and informative and a each course arrived at a good pace.

The food was amazing, but best of all we had suberb service! The wine service, hostess, and table service made this experience phenomenal with their great suggestions and welcoming demeanor. This was the best meal we had in all of Spain. Every dish was executed to perfection and paired wonderfully with the suggested wines.

Personal y comida son maravillosos. Grata experiencia que repetiremos con toda seguridad. El menú de Navidad fue maravilloso con una desgustación de platos de la carta que hacían honor a la fama del restaurante. Por poner algún pero a mí me sobra en la carta el plato de cervatillo, pero es una cuestión muy personal. Algunos me dirán que también como cochinillo o cordero lechal, sí lo sé, pero lo del cervatillo no me acaba de convencer. Lo tomé porque siempre hay que probar cosas nuevas y estaba perfectamente cocinado, pero por una cuestión sentimental no me supo redondo. Espero que se sepa entender mi único "pero".
