About the restaurant Bosco de Lobos

Food was ok. Not a real Italian place but pizza is ok, because of good dough and firewood. I would review the tomato sauce and the mozzarella.. They could be better. Not sure about pasta of rice as we did not have. You can also find interesting fusion dishes.

Bosco is in a very attractive glass building where you can watch the food being cooked. On this occasion we sat outside which was very pleasant. The initial taking of our orders, even for drinks, was a little slow but everything else flowed well and everyone enjoyed their food. We only wish that they had a few more 'normal' pizza toppings available. It is a restaurant that we return to from time to time and it is consistently good.

The menu was very disappointing, meals were 'Bleh' no salt nor pepper and bread without oil availble. The dessert was specially disappointing, not a lot of creativity nor effort put into it. They were ovboulsy understaffed and we waited too long for each course. I guess that is why staff was not very friendly. It's a shame because we tried this restaurant before and it has declined quite a lot since it got 'trendy'. Other alternatives in Malasa;a are better for less money.
