An excellent place for authentic Roman cuisine at reasonable prices. Prosciutto with fig, caprese salad, and pasta l’amatricisns Were cooked perfectly without any modern twists or gimmicks. Prices are reasonable and service is impeccable. Tip:,You must try the Lazio olive oil that comes to your table with bread. It is addictively delicious,

A great moment ! A little piece of heaven in Rome. You forget everything when you are here, you just have to enjoy! Thanks to the team!

The place is small and intimate. Service was excelent and food wonderfull (especialy the meatbals in lemon sauce). Altogether a great eating experiance.

The dishes are good and tasty. The service were very friendly. It would be 10 but we figured out that the bill was too high and each dish was 1 Euro more expensive than on the menu. This was annoying. Unfortunately we left already and couldn't complain. Example: 7 Euro for Aperol Spritz instead of 6 which was written on a board. Starter 13 instead of 11 which was written in the menu card. I will take a closer look next time to avoid these mistakes. Didn't got a real recipt, just something handwritten.

We really apologize for the inconvenient; Unfortunately the waitress made a mistake with your menu, bringing you the old menu (we changed for a summer menu on Monday), where there are different prices little bit lower. In the new Menu we changed a lot of products and providers so we adjusted the prices according to our new food cost. Yet this is a terrbile mistake that should not happen, and if you would have told us at restaurant would have been my pleasure to refund you and offer you the lunch for our mistake. We appreciate you loved our food, it will be awesome to see you again to apologize, show you our new menu and refund you, so feel free to come by us at anytime, even just for the refund, thank you very much! Tres bon petit restaurant plein de charme

We had the most fantastic meal at Bottega Visconti. We ate at 7.00 pm so the restaurant was quiet but still had a lovely atmosphere. We were really well looked after by the host who provided lots of recommendations to a rather fussy family of six :-). The service and quality of the food was outstanding and by far the best meal of our entire trip to Rome. Thank you so much for making my husband's 50th birthday meal such a special and memorable family occasion. We highly recommend your restaurant and can't wait to return one day in the future.

Great intimate place run by the owner, Alessandro. Great selection of artisanal meats, smoked fish, cheeses. Great wine selection. Best eggplant Parmesan and meatballs with smoked mozzarella and polenta we’ve had. All at very reasonable prices.
