About the restaurant Bouquet - Hotel Hesperia Tower

"Bouquet restaurant, located on the second floor of the unique Hotel Hesperia Tower, manages to break away from the clichés that hotel restaurants are cold and soulless, with a strong Mediterranean personality and solid values which defend fresh produce and quality.

On the menu, traditional dishes easily go side by side with creative proposals to which chef Juan Cornejo gives an extra of taste and distinction. The pumpkin cream flavored with citrus, Iberian pig roast suckling pig at low temperature, the risotto with candied pear, Gorgonzola and Taleggio or orange creme brulee with vanilla ice cream. They are dishes that are worth a visit, and there are many more.

Its particular cascading decoration transforms throughout the day from brightness for business meetings, a special blue glow for more romantic late dates. An attractive building where the heart is certainly in the Bouquet restaurant. Discover its pulse!"

The only problem that we had, was that we thought the restaurant booked should be the EVO on the Top of the Hotel. Because people don't really now that you have 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel, and you booking and you will find this surprise when you arrived there...
Anyway, the restaurant was very romantic and enjoyable in a grate place aswell.

The flavour of the food was disappointing, some of it was bland, at other times it didn't match the meat. The fish was slimy and jelly like. The steak and a weird after taste. Plus for the prices 22€ for less that quarter of the plate is beyond me.
The atmosphere was stressful and intense, the waiter was very panicky and forgetful he seemed very stressed.
The service was slow, even though it wasn't busy only 4 tables in the whole restaurant.

Aunque nos decepcionó que el restaurante fuera en la segunda planta del hotel, ya que pensábamos que era en la cúpula que hay sobre el edificio, nos encantó y volveremos. De precio es algo caro pero con el descuento del Tenedor queda muy bien ya que la comida y el trato fueron excelentes. Nos gustó mucho el pulpo a la plancha con humus y cus-cus de entrante. Luego tomamos el bacalao y el rissoto, ambos muy buenos. Y de postres, el de pistacho y el tiramisú de toffe, que para mi gusto era espectacular. Los camareros que nos atiendieron además de amables, eran muy simpáticos. Nos gustó mucho. Lástima no saber que además puedes aparcar en el hotel, ya estamos informados para la próxima.

They used to have the restaurant in the cupola, which was quite special, so a little disappointed. Then the Foi, which was packaged duck liver for $20. Hard to survive that. The Robo was ok, but fatty. The risotto a mess with rehydrated mushrooms. It could have been a nice place, but alas. No.

It was all great, fantastic service, in the restaurant we feel very special. Very nice decoration and very elegant. The food was very artistic. Please give our thanks to the Manager(s) and others for the wonderful lunch and bottle of sparkling wine for our special day. We had an amazing time. It was the proposal of the marriage of my brother. Special thanks to everyone.
