On the menu, traditional dishes easily go side by side with creative proposals to which chef Juan Cornejo gives an extra of taste and distinction. The pumpkin cream flavored with citrus, Iberian pig roast suckling pig at low temperature, the risotto with candied pear, Gorgonzola and Taleggio or orange creme brulee with vanilla ice cream. We were on monday. A very good experience, the decor and atmosphere were magnifique. We chose the salmon tartare, the caramelized scallops, tuna tataki, beef tenderloin steak, red fruit tiramisu and mango pudding. Very good food, well done, although the pasta which served with tataki was very oily and its greasy texture prevailed over the other flavours. However I recommend the place.
