When Rohan isn't on the pans, he has a joy of flying planes as a trained pilot and spending time with his Australian Pastry Chef partner dining out amongst Melbourne's hospitality scene. With an impressive CV working in the kitchens for the last 12 years such as Donovans, Bistro Guillaume and spending a soline nine years as Executive Sous Chef at Rockpool Bar and Grill Melbourne, the menu at Bouzy Rouge speaks volumes in terms of flavour and quality driven seasonal produce, with a focus on European flavours of finesse coming with a Mediterranean twist of Bouzy's philosophy. The menu features flavourful dishes, starting with sourdough crisps and the most silky smooth duck liver parfait that melts in your mouth. 10/10Fantastic restaurant. We had about 4-5 tapas (three people) and were quite full by the end of it. All the tapas were amazing. The Octopus was my favourite. Great service and great atmosphere. Will definitely be going back there.

10/10Spent my birthday at Bouzy Rouge and everybody was amazed by the food! Best duck I’ve ever had! Drinks were so yummy too! Last but not least, the service was great and the waiters were extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 experience.

5/10The food was not up to the expected standard and I had requested a quiet table away from other guests, and we were put very close to a table of 2 on one side and a table of 6 on the other side with a large table of 8 or 10 behind us......disappointed.

8.5/10The restaurant was very comfortable and the menu features a wide range of dishes. The waiter was friendly and he suggested a terrific bottle of wine. The guests who had steak were very pleased with their meals, whilst the guests who had the fish were disappointed with the numerous fine bones throughout the piece of fish.

10/10The food was amazing. The chorizo with caramelised onions was so flavoursome. The special of the lamb on the bone was juicy and perfect cooked where the meat fell off the bone. Highly recommend!!

10/10Amazing restaurant ????We we’re so warmly welcomed It felt like we had been there before ,this was our first visit and certainly won’t be our last ! They food was beautifully prepared and presented….you could tast every ingredient in the food .. Loved the ombience so much to look at with a lovely vibe about it … The staff well ????????⭐️⭐️

10/10I was recently given some vouchers to Bouzy Rouge so last night we decided to book there for our weekly mother daughter dinner and it did not disappoint! From the attentive and fun waiter to the food and ambience we had a wonderful night. Upon payment I discovered the vouchers were over 3 years old, this however wasn’t an issue the gentleman who finalised our payment was also super lovely. We will definitely be going back.
