When arriving at hotal we had afternoon tea booked didn’t go to plan . I asked for the evening menu as we were eating at 7 pm . I was told no other menu and no child’s menu so my Grandaughter didn’t want to join us . When arrived we asked again and was told u do have a childrens Menu . So a upsetting start but went and got my Grandaughter and she eat if the kids menu . Twice in one day been given wrong information . Which encludes the menu for afternoon tea , was told I could make changes when I booked but this was not the case .
