Main dishes of good quality beef and chicken, respectively, well-cooked but with bland sauces (especially the one that was supposed to contain fois gras, accompanying the chicken breast). Excellent desserts, attentive service. We were charged for our desserts twice, fortunately we noticed it in time. The 9-euro charge for 500ml of simple water isn't exactly pleasant either. Without the 50% discount the bill would have been insanely overblown. With such initial prices, I believe the brasserie can afford a decoration update, at least changing the completely worn out velvet seats (half the fabric was missing), the scratched wooden chairs and the sinister carpeting.

The dinner was ok. The service quite friendly. But we won't come back if we have to pay the full price.

We ate here for christmas dinner as a family of 5. We all really enjoyed our dinners and were able to try some traditional french christmas dishes. We thought the meal was priced pretty fairly and everything we had was delicious.

We had Chicken Breast with French Fries, Wine and Water. The Chicken Breast was delicious, Fries good. The Wine was above average for this price range. Hint: Take the Crepe Suzette as dessert, that was awesome. The service was overall good and friendly. Price isn't too expensive but a bit higher than normal, but worth it. Only negative point from our visit: Service cleaned the carpets with a vacuum cleaner while we arrive for at least 10 min, that was kind of disturbing. After all: 7-8/10

Food 3.5 stars for the money. 3 of us had onion soup, crab app., lamb shank, sea bass, duck breast a l'orange, crepes Suzette, caramel choucroute pastry (st. honore) The onion soup very good, duck breast and desserts excellent, everything else 3.5/5. The service was very, very friendly. The waiter was utterly overwhelmed with some 15 tables with one front of the house person to help. They were truly wonderful and tried their very best but no human could have handled that much work. From other reviews I've read, it looks like management needs to heed these reviews and hire some more staff. Despite the slow service, the servers were friendly and helpful and never came unglued. The room is very pretty and spacious, no cramped seating here. Will come back for fancy meal, hopefully they will have a better staffed room.

The food was excellent and acceptably priced for the class of hotel, service was good and our waiter was very nice. However bar the fact that it was a little quiet and therefore slightly lacking in ambience I can't get over the price of drinks. I can possibly accept paying €50 upwards for a bottle of wine, but €19 for a gin & tonic is shameful. As the bar was closed we had to have our drinks at our table, and I felt that it meant we were slightly rushed. Overall nice restaurant by not worth €200 for dinner for 2 especially with over half of was on 3 G&Ts and s bottle of wine
