About the restaurant Brasserie Flo Paris

Friendly and helpful service, nice nostalgic atmosphere, only background music (Rock-Pop) don't fit so well to this style.

Horrible. We travel to eat and were very dissappointeded to waste one of our dinners on this. The restaurant was recommended in the book " eat Paris" and it puts into question all of their other recommendations.
Surly service rounded out the experience perfectly.

A very nice old-fashioned Brasserie; very good food and a great service.
After the dinner you can visit one of the bars near by the Brasserie Flo.

In comparison to years ago very disappointing. Food was not hot, but luke warm for all of us (4). I had given in the reservatio a wish where to sit, but did not get one of these tables although there stayed empty the whole evening.

Flo is one of the remaining classic brassieres in Paris. The ambiance fitting this genre. Not as strikingly pretty or ornate as others, but clubby in a woodworn sense. Staff and service were accommodating, though as the restaurant got busier, the waitstaff seemed overwhemed. We. Noticed a number of dishes being returned to the kitchen to be reheated as they had sat out waiting to be delivered to tables. The menu offers classic presentation though what seems an attempt to update entrees falls flat. The lotte was a chunk of the fish's tail, stuffed with olives, but the accompanying foam sauce was overwhelmed by the excess of pimentos or red peppers ( hard to discern the difference).. The baba at rum was perfect, helped by the generous pouring of rum and that the waiter. ( with a wink) left the bottle on the table for us ( just in case) making for a memorable moment and nice touch.
