I passed by this French gem several times in San Telmo before craving something different to eat and looking at the menu. Really french and delicious. Friendly greeting by many in the staff. Owner takes pride and talks to guests. Waiters share the work and keep busy. Standard corny jokes about earlybird...Table side tartare is the best! Nice wine lists and offer of a small greeting bubbly on arrival. Nice touch. Oh, and the butter for the bread is to die for. Maybe expensive for Argentina though not for most travelers for this type of meal and experience. Merci Beaucoup!

The food and drinks were good, very good. The service, very kind and certainly very quick. The opportunity is: 1. on the ambience and has to do specifically with the illumination of the dinning hall. The place need and improvement 2. the toilet had a disgusting odor, the air there was dense, so it could make you think that is not very clean.

We had a wonderful evening. Dinner reservation at 9, for 4 (two adults and two children). After chasing down some pretty good places in town this one stands out as our favorite. Highly recommend the tenderloin and salmon.

Although the food and atmosphere were excellent I will not be going back. The owner propositioned my wife right in front of me while we were finishing our dinner. He invited my wife to return to Buenos Aires (he clearly stated to come without me) and allow him to cause her to "fall in love with the city". Very bad form!!

Service and food were awesome, but do not miss the chance to speak with Pascal, the owner. What an interesting, well traveled diversion that I did not anticipate. A truly pleasurable experience all the way around.

Is an expensive restaurant 1.000 per person, without alcohol. If you want french dishes in a loevly environment, this is the place. The steak tartare one of my favorites.

It´s a very cute restaurant with a lot of atmosphere. The owner is very charming and I love all the details of the presentation of the food. Quality is excellent and the food very authentic. It´s a must when you are in the area. For me a treasure in Buenos Aires.

An old fashioned french brasserie offering decent homey food at reasonable prices. Located in Colonial San Telmo in downtown Buenos Aires. Great pate/terrine combination. Very good duck and lamb. Wine list not very big but reasonable priced.

About the restaurant
