We were 8 and came for a birthday dinner. The staff was really nice and the food excellent (we all had either Chateaubriand or Cote de boeuf and were not disappointed at all). The set up and decor was nice as well. Location is top in the heart of de Pijp while being a little bit away from the very busy streets. Price for quality of the food was very good.
Really cosy restaurant, great seabass and starters! Nice red wine, and generally awesome atmosphere. Cute cat who may surprise some guests as she walks around freely - but this is just the Amsterdam way. Loved our dinner experience here.
Excellent steak and wine list!
They really know how to cook beef here, really excellent. The rest of the menu is very good too, loved the asparagus & hollandaise and the creme brûlée. Wine list very suitable with a good selection of heavy reds to match beef.
Geweldig vlees en vrolijke bediening, met authentiek Frans accent.
Great food, Pleasant atmosphere.
An excellent evening.
Good food with nice ideas from the kitchen, no orange Juice;(
Great food, great service, very nice atmosphere.
Great service that made us feel welcome and had good recommendations for our table. Nice food and wines. Love to come back.
This is a brasserie you do not want to miss if you are staying near the museum quarter.
ottima la carne e la carta vini proposta
Lamb was outstanding!!
Thanks for a great meal! And for the sparky thing for the birthday! The service could be improved though as we waited quite a long time to get our meals and to get dessert :)
Great food !
We got the octopus appetizer and the veal rib eye. Both were amazing. The meat was extremely soft and had a great smoky flavor. Everything was just very well done with attention to every flavor combo. I would definitely come back to this place next time we’re in amsterdam and try the rest of the menu.
the restaurant had a good atmosphere with friendly staff. The meat was fantastic!
Excelent meal , prices are not cheap but just and it’s worth it.
This is a lovely little restaurant with top notch food. Everything we ate was delicious especially the lamb and steak. Try the ravioli appetizer and chocolate moose for dessert - also both excellent. It is away from the main tourist attractions in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place.
Another fabulous restaurant in Amsterdam . Lovely welcome. Very nice menu. Good G&T. Starters lovely. Veal and lamb beautifully cooked and totally delicious. Good puds and delicious limoncello. Great wine list . A lovely evening
Service and atmosphere are great. However plating was amateur (Like fries being served in a paper cone) and the steak was slightly too rare for our taste and there was quite some fat. The plates themselves had water marks. Overall - cozy romantic atmosphere with alright service but food wise it was undelivered.
Amazing dishes and really relaxed and fun service. The restaurant is located in an elegant and quiet area. It was the perfect dinner experience. Thank you!
We had a wonderful dinner here. We were a group of 7 and we would all recommend this restaurant. To service was perfect!
Small menu but something for everyone- meat eaters, vegetarian and gluten free. Food really excellent Fabulous find- would highly recommend
Excellent food, service and atmosphere ! Great place to dine.
Small and cosy little place????
The best Chateau Briand in Western Europe...
Amazing as always! Chateaubriand was incredible, as was the pork bun starter. Perfect meal
Lovely meal with hubby - we had the lamb which was superb as was the chocolate mousse with snickers ice cream.
All six of us were very impressed with the quality of the food and even the house wine. As our time wore on , the restaurant was packet with folks who equally enjoyed their meals and conviviality, thus it became quite noisy. Would highly recommend this restaurant!
Brasserie SenT is a little gem. The food, decor, atmosphere and service were excellent, we cant fault it and will most certainly visit again.
Visited the restaurant with my mother for dinner. The service was terrible, we waited ages to order our food, had to prompt several times to get our drinks. The drinks orders which arrived were not what we ordered. We went for the cote de boeuf to share. Asked for it to be cooked medium. It arrived late (as usual) and was cooked well done. Noticed that other tables were receiving their chips 10-15 mins later (like seriously?). Overall very disappointing experience and would not recommend at all. Did not bother with the desserts, got the bill eventually and dashed out immediately! Tip to the owner - train your staff.. There are a few heads in the sky...
The food was amazing !
Very good brasserie in Amsterdam, good food and staff polite
The food was divine and the service great! We will return :)
We enjoyed a lovely dinner here for my husbands birthday, Everything was great, would definitely recommend a visit if you can.
We had an amazing dinner fine wine really good service! Definitely will come back!
It is a petite and beautiful restaurant. It feels like coming home and enjoying a delicious dinner with family and friends. The food, we enjoyed starters, a Chateau Briand and a desert, was absolutely delicious and pricing more than fair! The wine menu was not too long, and pricing surprisingly fair. The wines are ranging from approx. 30-70€. The Amarone came at 69,-€/bottle, which more than fair priced! My recommendation: make a reservation as they don’t have too many seats and have yourself treated with deliscous, honest food and a warm welcome from the team.
