6.5/10Went by the reviews - but have to say it did not live up to the expectations. Nobody came to greet us when we entered the restaurant. Eventually somebody did. Nobody spoke Dutch. Which I find unacceptable for a restaurant in the Netherlands. Especially if prices are on the higher end. The focaccia is basically bread with olive oil, not true focaccia. It was nice, but title is misleading. Then the steak - was good, but the peppersauce tasted like something chemical or soap. Not sure. We were offered a free drink to compensate for the mistake. All in all, too many mistakes for the prices and in a higher end restaurant I expect people to speak the language of the country they are in. Positive: the space is beautifully designed. Would not go again (for dinner)

8/10This restaurant is part of an hotel. You will notice this as the prices, of eg wine and other drinks but also food, are a bit higher than elsewhere. The staff was very professional, so with that respect it really felt as a night out, the decoration and setup is also well done. However the quality of the food is standard and not worth the price, burger was good, but the fries were very standard, i would expect some either home made or special fries for what you pay. Also the eton mess was below expectations. The only merengue that was in there was the small merengue on top, which I thought was for decoration. There was no merengue in the rest of the dessert. It was only cream and berries unfortunately.

7.5/10Majestic interior. Fabulous service. International personnel. Cook & waiters were very cooperative in exchanging the friet voor veggies for me and my friend. The spinach soup starter was a generous portion. The steak was really tough, like it was quickly defrosted and then grilled. I asked for medium-rare and it was definitely medium. They were willing to exchange it, but I didn't want to bother. My friend's fish of the day dish was very good.

5/10Bread for starters was delicious, risotto was very poor, not one pecan nut in it, sunflower seeds yes, but no goats cheese or pecan nut as stated on menu. Desert however was lovely. Very long wait for mains to arrive. Don’t think we will be returning anytime soon

8.5/10Overall, the meal was quite good. The meat was tasty and medium-rare as requested, but had a lot (too much?) fat that my partner had to cut away. We told the waitress and she kindly reduced our bill a bit. The gesture was nice, but better had the meat been less fatty. Still, we had an enjoyable dinner. Btw: the beer on tap (Texel’s blonde) was very good, thank you waiter for the recommendation!

6.5/10food was not hot when served, only one server appear to be working and while we created our own fun as a group, I would say this rated mediocre. Meal and service both were just mediocre. It was a shame, I have been to other restaurants at Indigo hotels and the food was much better

7.5/10Our waiter was lovely and polite but unfortunately when you are waiting a solid hour for food it will inevitably dampen the mood. Would have been helped by being offered nibbles soon after we sat down, but this only happened after an hour of waiting. The food itself was simple and decent, the fish was excellent. It was also a real disappointment that when we got to ordering desserts we were told that the kitchen was already closed. Considering the enormous wait for our food, it really isn’t a great way to end. We were offered coffees on the house but this doesn’t quite make up for a missed dessert! Next time let us know and give us a chance to order before the kitchen closes (especially if it’s so early still!)

9.5/10We were staying at the hotel and arrived tired after a long drive from Germany. We are recent non-drinkers and asked for zero-alcohol "champagne" before dinner. The restaurant doesn't offer it, Sebastian at the restaurant said, adding "but I can make it if you'd like!" and we took him up on it. We don't appreciate sugary drinks - and that cocktail was smashing! A perfect-martini-like blend of three distinct flavours. The filet that ensured was delicious - cooked just as we wished! All in all, a wonderful dinner experience after a day on the road :)
