Lovely outside setting, various excellent amuse bouche, several more magnificent than the other. Food was great, accompanying unique tastes with great service. Wine recommendations also hit the spot.

We had a dinner in this restaurant — this followed a splendid lunch in another Michelin place, Le Kaiku in St. Jean de Luz — so already a difficult position. Still starting from appetisers, which were very tasty, food was great, in particular — marinated red tuna and lobster. A well-deserved 1 star. Service could be better and more well-trained. And our table was not stable enough, until finally “fixed”.

We saved the best til last! We ate here last night for our last meal of our holiday. The food was exceptional, I didn't want the meal to end. The waiters were so helpful with picking wine to your taste while also complimenting the meal. We had the "spring menu" I'm a pescatarian and asked if the meat dish could be substituted for another dish instead. This wasn't a problem at all. Not only was it our favourite meal of the holiday it was most definitely one of the best meals we have ever eaten. Thank you Briketenia for a wonderful evening.
