The food was really good but our service was bad. We were given a complimentary pudding to make up for it but we were very disappointed. Put on a 2 person table when I'd booked for 3. We were relocated and then told that the kitchen shuts at 5pm, even though we were booked for 4.30pm. We then ordered eventually at 4.50pm only to be told there was no pork roast - we had all chosen the pork. We came to order wine and they didn't have that in either. At the end of our meal we were handed dessert menus (5.45pm) but were told that we had to clear the table by 6pm. I asked how we would do that all in 15mins and only then were we moved onto a bar table to continue our meal. Their event started at 6pm and we could no longer hear ourselves think.

Always great food here, good service, nice vibe. Very local for my office so been here a few times now and enjoy it!

The service and food was memorable. We had the Sunday roast and found it to be tasty as well as hearty! The apple and black current crumble came with large chunks of apple and we would have preferred the apple to be delicately sliced as it actually felt as if we were eating an apple! However, the crumble was good but then became insufficient due to the cut of the apple.

Great food and service but a little pricey. The olives are amazing! The prawn starter was also excellent.

The drinks order needed to be chased twice and took over 30 minutes to be made (one martini and two beers). It never arrived and we left without drinking or eating anything. Unable to score on food and drinks. Service was sub par.
