9.5/10We booked in for lunch in the middle of Christmas shopping, it was great to get away from all the chaos and have a nice quiet lunch. We ate the vegetarian and turkey options from the festive menu along with cocktails. The food was excellent, my turkey lunch being one of the best I have eaten. Our waiter Dominic did a great job too.

9/10Food was nice, service very good. Sat outside as well which was nice. Only problem which was nothing to do with Brown's. The set menu The Fork advertised at booking was not the set menu when we got to Browns.

10/10Lovely live singer on the piano. Was a real Sunday treat, my mum and sister shared the roast beef sharer which the leftovers were boxed up for us and I had the 10oz rib eye steak and nothing was left over.

7/10Great other than that they were sold out of the stuff on the set menu. They did kindly substitute them but not necessarily for the same type of food eg steak was all out so they replaced with fish and chips and a fish pie. Risotto was too stodgy so my mum ate about 1/4 of her plate Had chocolate fondant for dessert but was completely overdone, couldn't finish it. Can't complain too much for £18,95 3 courses hence 7/10 but definitely areas for improvement

9.5/10The afternoon tea was good, though the sandwiches were a little cold like they’d just come out of the fridge. I had written a little note to say it was my mum’s birthday but this may have been overlooked as it wasn’t acknowledged/nobody wished her happy birthday. Good enough food for the price!

9/10Very nice food, had the turkey club sandwich. A little bit quiet considering 12.00 on a Thursday at bluewater. Great service!! Yes would go there again!

10/10We were waiting for a relative to join us and she was running late. Staff were welcoming and understanding . We didn’t feel rushed at all and nothing was too much trouble . Will be returning soon .
