Memorable from start to finish. Edu is phenomenal. A world class chef, artist, host, visionary, the list goes on and on. There is no other restaurant in the world doing to the things Edu is doing with fermentation and beverages. Top to bottom, an immensely special meal made even more memorable with an insanely special beverage program.
