My partner and I went tonight, we booked through the fork. The food was lovely and service was OK - could have been much friendlier. We were the only ones in the restaurant so it was very quiet and lacked atmosphere. The music volume went up and down every 5 minutes. At the end of the meal, when we went to pay the server told me we can’t pay through the fork app and asked me in a hushed voice to cancel my booking on the fork app - I suspect this was because they did not want to pay a commission to the fork. This was really unprofessional and made us feel uneasy! I think these guys are just out for the money, over giving good customer service! A shame, it has potential!
