The tapas here are the best we had in Seville. The dishes were all presented beautifully and so many different tastes in each dish, it was certainly the equivalent to fine dining.

Showed up and was seated outside. Waiter told us that they didn’t have enough staff so they would not have any rice dishes or any dish that also had rice included. Also, even though the website stated they would have tapas - were told there would be none for another hour. Decided to have a drink and try the oxtail croquettes. After bringing our drinks the waiter brought us a basket of bread, without asking, so thought that was a nice gesture since half the menu was unavailable as advertised. Oxtail croquettes were not to my liking - are they supposed to ooze queso? Then the waiter charged us for the bread. When asked why, he said that’s what he does, it’s table service, although it is a separate billable item. I could care less about the cost but was pretty forward to think that we should be charged without ordering. Looks like a pretty place. The waitress who adjusted the bill was kind. I guess I will not be returning.

This was one of the best meals of my life. We ended up going back again the next night. The pulpo and the squid were so perfectly done. The flavors were incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed.

The restaurant has two sections: small tables in a tapas type area and larger tables in a fine-dining type area. Place setting was beautiful. Oysters and octopus were outstanding. Pomoyo cheesecake was delicious. A feast for eyes and tastebuds. 10/10

The quality and novelty of food here left us speechless. Especially the bolete mushroom with mashed potatoes and eggs, the tuna tartare, the grilled octopus, and the squid -- unbelievably tender and tasty! Together with great presentation, lovely cosy ambience (not too much and not too little light) and impeccable service by the young Pablo (deserves much praise) it was just a perfect evening. Definitely recommended, everything exceeded our expectations by far.

We were at the Burladero for the second time (we were there last year in June) in the 29th of February and it was again amazing. Probably one of the best restaurants I've been. The food never disappoints, first time we had the bull tail rice stew and the Angus beef and no words needed, the only advice I can give is go and try for yourself. The second time we had the lamp chops and the octopus and again both flavours and the cooking was on point. But without a doubt the two waiters Romu and Juan Antonio were amazing, their suggestions and explanations about the food were from someone that really knows what they are doing and always take care of their customers. For sure we'll be back for the third time whenever we can. Regards from Fernando & Cláudia

Food was honestly great, if you'd like to enjoy some high quality tapas at a very reasonable price, this is definitely the place. The place was nice and classy, the staff cool and accommodating, for most of the dishes you can either get the regular portion or the tapa, which is still decent size all things considered; my girlfriend and I had a very pleasant dinner and left very happy with the whole experience. Total cost was €47.30 for 4 tapas, 2 desserts and 1 water, absolutely 100% satisfied. p.s. we were initially mistakenly charged for a drink that some other table had ordered, but once I told the waiter he proceeded to immediately change the bill and bring us the correct one, apologizing for the mistake, so I didn't feel like taking a 0.5/10 away for this.
