Grazie davvero super Cla ! Il nostro aperipinsa è nato per far avvicinare le persone alla pinsa romana, ma giorno dopo giorno si è evoluto ed oggi esiste nella formula Deluxe con salumi e formaggi da urlo. Il tuo tris di 10 ci dice che la strada è quella giusta e faremo sempre di tutto per mantenere alto lo standard e ... la soddisfazione di clienti gentili come te ! Grazie Silvia, donna di poche parole :) restiamo un pò stupiti dal tuo giudizio sul rapporto qualità-prezzo perchè mi dispiacerebbe non avessi apprezzato a fondo il lavoro necessario per preparare le pinse e le materie prime che usiamo come guarnizione. Speriamo di rivederti per poterti raccontare meglio tutto ciò che facciamo ogni giorno per portare in tavola un prodotto speciale ed unico, almeno nella nostra zona !

The pizza is amazing, light and delicious. We took the mortazza (mortadella) and the meraviglia (gorgonzola,noci,salame and miele) The prices of the pizza were good, even without the 50% discount that we had, but the beer was quite expensive at €7,50 for the birra media alla spina. While it was a quality beer, that's still excessive.

We put a lot of effort, a lot of time and a lot of passion into preparing fresh products every day and we use quality raw materials whose costs increase day by day. Giving a 50% discount is a big financial commitment for us, but we gladly do it to make ourselves known and appreciated and your words tell us that this is the right direction. We hope that those who know and appreciate us will come back even when we do not make these important discounts. The drinks follow other commercial logics and the prices are comparable to those of other places where, however, hardly 2 eat and pay only 1. We are still thinking of varying some prices: come back and visit us at the end of the Festival!
