Beautifully prepared dishes! Cabillaud combines different tastes, colors and food structures so that each dish on the menu is unique in and by itself. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Will definitely be back!

A flying start after Corona lock-down. Excellent food, wine and service. Creative adaption to social distancing as required, while making it not feel like social distancing at all.

We had the chef's 4-course menu with accompanying wines. Everything fitted. Excellent combinations of flavors and tastes. Very friendly and professional service. Not cheap, but its was worth every cent of it. An evening wells spent!

We have been to this restaurant on several occasions. In the past I have always rated this restaurant as “Michelin Star Level.” Unfortunately it appears that they have experienced some turnover in the kitchen. The food is good, as are the wines and the service; but the “wow” factor of the menu items is now missing.

We opted for the Cabillaud 4-course menu with matching wiens. It came with a free starters, a nice amuse and good bread, Great food, great wine, well balanced and a nice mix of traditional and innovative ingredients. Crab and coffee? It can be done! Chapeau!

Cabillaud ligt op de tweede etage van De Maaspoort, u kunt via de hoofdingang van De Maaspoort naar binnen. Met de trap of de lift kunt u naar de tweede verdieping.

Wij bevelen Q-park parkeergarage Maasboulevard (prinsessesingel 5) aan.

About the restaurant

Like it isn't at home

When you've walked up the chairs you enter a space of design: soft couches, purple lit wineracks and a great view over the Maas river. The roof terrace has been praised and gives you that holiday feeling wihout being far away. Surprising people with beautiful pure dishes is their goal. Menu du Chef, which is Erik Arts, goes as far as five courses and you are not likely to recreate it at home. Think of a tea gel and duck rilette.
