The most amazing, creative, exceptional dining experience have ever had. Words cannot fully describe how spectacular a meal this was tonight. Waite staff was superb, sommelier perfectly paired wine with each course, and everyone was superb This is simply a MUST dining experience if you are ever in Barcelona. You will be talking about it for years to come! Well done and my best to the entire staff at Caelis!

We celebrated our first night in Barcelona with dinner at the hotel….Fireworks! Cealis at the Ohla hotel is absolutely wonderful. We are grateful to chef Fornell and his team for a whimsical diner.

We were greeted by the hostess warmly. Our sommelier was extremely thorough and provided us with delicious regional selections. The Maitre D’ was curt with our descriptions, placed plates roughly and left much to be desired when it comes to fine dining service. This was not our first time at a Michelin restaurant in life or on this specific trip and the Maitre D’ tried his best to make sure this would be our first and last visit to Caelis. Overall, the food and presentation was amazing so our experience was not fully spoiled. However, we hope this particular individual will improve their current level of elegance and interpersonal communication skills for future guests.

I am writing to share feedback on our recent visit to your Michelin restaurant. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, which were both excellent. However, we were quite dissatisfied with the service provided by one of your female waitresses. During our meal, the waitress accidentally spilled water on my wife. While such accidents can happen, her response was simply a brief "Sorry," without offering to replace the tablecloth or taking any further action. Additionally, she did not ask us how our meal was, and her demeanor was rather cold throughout the evening. In contrast, the male staff members, including your sommelier and the other waiters, were exceptional and provided a high level of service. Despite the great food and ambiance, our experience was marred by the poor service from this particular waitress. We hope that you will address this issue to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same problem. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Great food and wine, we got perfect guiding in finding a rare an wonderful Spainish white wine that was just amazing. Food was tasty, exiting and with great combinations, presented in a professional manner by friendly and competent people.

Caelis was one of my favorite restaurant's last year when I visited. It was surprising to see such a change in that service this year. It was as if they had forgotten about us for a good 30-45 minutes. The Somm was kind enough to keep pouring wine for us and could tell that we were getting frustrated. It was our honeymoon but we felt that they didn't make it special after kindly asking for it. Additionally, there was a lady who got very upset at the counter and made a scene about how she had received no food. Rather than reassuring guests, most of the staff started to snicker and gossip around, making the experience almost worse for all of us. I would hope for better as I really did enjoy this place.
