We arrived around 1800 on a busy Saturday evening. The restaurant's decor is beautiful and inspiring. We ordered an aperitif first and then appetizers and main dishes around 1820. It took 40' before we received anything; and when we did, our appetizer AND our main dishes came at the same time. Ouir waiters did not seem to think this was out of the ordinary. We most certainly did. Our Ceasar's salad appetizer was not great, and so we hardly touched it. My wife's 'Aubergines grillees' were ok, but my 'steak tartare' came (despite what was on the menu) without onions in it, without capers - and when I alerted the waiter to this, he claimed that I was mistaken. The couple at the table on our right us had to wait even longer for their food, and then it turned out that their food wasn't even fully cooked. They left without even finishing their food. The people at the table on our left, who arrived shortly after we arrived. had not even received anything by the time weleft. Needless to say, we will NOT be back. And so MAYBE we caught them of an 'off'-evening. But frankly - totally disappointing three tables next to one another in one evening doesn't seem like a coincidence to me...

Mooie klassieke omgeving. De laatste der Mohamikanen. Goeie kroketten en oké soep. Voldoende privacy, warm en gezellig, Amiricain moet blijven!

The decoration of the restaurant is fine and historical and quite well situated. But as we just arrived at 8:00PM at our table booked online for our diner, the waiter asked us to quickly choose our meal as the kitchen was about to close soon!!! As they served the main dish, we asked for fries that arrived once we had already finished our plates! Same for a piece of bread. I took Penne Vongole and was surprie to have penne with tomato sauce with my Vongole.... Regarding the wine, they first presented a card with no years or where it comes from mentioned, so hard to choose a bootle of wine in those conditions. to resume, So, I wouldn't recommand this restaurant too disappointed.

The restaurant location is fantastic, and the Art Deco room is palatial and scenic, The food is OK, not bad, not too exciting, but certainly eatable. Portions on the small side, and not a lot of choice either. Service was not terrible, but not very professional: the waitresses looked like students who had been in the job for a day or two. They tried their best, but knew nothing of the menu and were rather confused.

Extremely rude waitress at the reception area. Booked here for a large group and some group members we’re few minutes late due to transport complications and were refused the booked table.

Food was fine and ambiance was nice. But while stumbling from wrong seating, through forgotten orders twice and pouring wrong wine, servants continuously kept seeking recognition that all was great.

It suppose to be a good experience of aniversary but turn in the worst. I reserve a table by fork and two times reconfirmed ,when we arrive the waiter told us that is close without service and any apologize.

The steak tartare was great with a different twist from the norm, sea bass and risotto were terrific, desserts fabulous, we loved the signature cocktails and nostalgic atmosphere, but we really loved the server who was most accommodating.
