Vaste intérieur moderne et aéré, plantes et fauteuils en rotin, grandes baies vitrées ouvrant sur une terrasse de 80 couverts : cette enseigne de la route de l’Etraz à Nyon est fraichement restaurée depuis l’automne 2018 par une jeune équipe créative. La cuisine raffinée transforme des produits toujours saisonniers pour une fusion subtile entre tradition épicurienne et pointes sud-américaines : ceviche équatorien, taco végétarien, Mole Poblano, souris d’agneau, cœur-coulant chocolat-piment, fruits rôtis au pisco, crème d’avocat sucrée...
Ce ne sont que quelques-unes des folles trouvailles du chef Luca Arzenton, originaire d’Echandens, qui opérait comme maître du grill dans le food truck The Green Van. Il s’est associé au lausannois Granit Imeri pour faire du Bel Ami –clin d’oeil à leur mentor Maupassant- un incontournable romand de la cuisine latino-américaine contemporaine, laquelle a décidément le vent en poupe !
This restaurant is my favourite in Nyon so I try to go as much as possible and show it to all my friends. The waiter is so nice, always with an smile in his face makes you feel very welcome. The environtment is amazing, it's like being in the Caribbean due to his tropical details and decoration. The big terrace is really nice and cozy. And finally the food...it's simply amazing! They cook the best ceviche ever with tasty sweet potatoes. They also have a good hamburguer. And the cheesecake is so original and delicious that every time I go is just to eat it again and again.
The restaurant is slightly off the beaten path in Nyon but has a nice terrace where we sat. The menu is small but with quite a few tasty options however the food was a little bit bland. The burrito lacked any kick whatsoever and the poke bowl was tuna, rice and a rather odd carrot, sweet corn and pea combination. The quality of the ingredients was good, a little bit of kick or at least an option of some spicy sauce would be appreciated. The service was not good. It took about 20 minutes before we got a menu and at least another ten before anyone took our drinks order.
Very good dinner in a nice, young, comfy setting. Good Caribbean music. Good Pisco sour!
The staff were super welcoming and the food was superb! The menu is short and American Latin oriented: we eat a delicious burritos and rice with beef. Super recommended!
It was a pleasure to find a restaurant in Nyon with a few Latin American dishes on the menu. The caipirinhas were excellent. The only disappointment was that dishes with the Oaxacan sauce mole, which is totally delicious but hard to find anywhere, were shown on the restaurant website but not available that evening. Now I know I should call ahead and check availability. Prices are a little high, but acceptable. We'll be back.

The food was really good, service excellent and the place is nicely decorated. I had the special beef and ordered it blue... and it indeed was blue. What a pleasure!!! The waitress is very kind and make you feel welcomed. I would recommend anytime and for sure will be back

We found the restaurant via the Fork, Pictures seemed nice and cosy, But menu is atypical. The welcome was good and we appeciated the atmosphere and setting. After ordering the food came suprisingly fast. Then came the explanation, the plates were really disappointing,. When driving back afterwards we didn’t feel very well. Very disappointing food but nice for drink only.

The staff and the service was excellent, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our main dishes. There were no authentic South American desserts though.

Great discovery in Nyon of Latino/Peruvian cuisine type restaurant. Had the ceviche of is very tasty and fresh and a Pisco Sour of which on of the best I ever had. The setting of the restaurant is quite within the Theme and airy. Terrace is huge but for this time the weather was a bit too cold for dinner. All in all, i would encourage owners to bring more choices for the Ceviches like adding Tiradidos.
The manager should definitely find a solution for a better insulation. It was too cold. Nonetheless the staff is warm and welcoming.
Fantastic service, fresh & delicious food, I highly recommend this lovely restaurant! Almost all of the dishes either are, or can be made, gluten free.
