Everything was superb until a group of 18 plus came in. They were so loud and boisterous and at one point, they began singing “the sun will come out tomorrow quite loudly. I actually asked that they tone it down and was met w/ disdain. While management moved me to the bar area (still not very quiet) and comp’ed my glass of wine, what should have been a delicious meal if roasted pork shank was ruined. I’d consider going again - but if I saw tables arranged for a large group, I’d firehouse the reservation and find another place to satisfy my hunger. Management was much too polite. In NYC, these folks would have been asked to leave given the otherwise quality of the food, service I received & decor.

Everything from the service to the food quality was excellent. Kind, professional wait staff and a lovely atmosphere contributed to a wonderful first night in Santiago. Did not feel touristy at all, although the waiters spoke wonderful English and they also provided us with a menu in English. My daughter had the steak tartar which she said was the best she had ever eaten. I enjoyed the tomato salad with a touch of avocado, simple but delicious, and also the filet with incredibly good potatoes. While the portions are small, be forewarned, I have no complaints about this lovely restaurant.
