Each item ordered had a specific taste; fresh, nicely prepared, and cooked perfectly. The other nice thing was they offered 1/2 sized orders (sort of like tapas) on things like filet and rack of lamb. For those on vacation who can't take home a "doggie bag" it was nice to have a meal that we actually totally consumed instead of leaving half the meal on the plate.

The restaurant is cute, acogedor, is has a good atmosphere. The food is ok but nothing special. It was a bit dissapointing because the two previous times I had dinner there I really liked it. I think the portions are small and the food is slightly overpriced. It still is a nice place but since there are so many (better) places in BCN I wont go back.

Great little restaurant. You need to book to get a table. We’ve been twice before and it can feel a little intimidating as it is so busy and the waitresses are a bit rushed so may appear a bit brusque to start with!
The half portions are like a decent starter so can order two of these each (4) or order the 4 to share. The food is fabulous and the ambiance is lovely. Service is efficient and friendly.

Early in the evening the outside seating had to relocate inside due to a sudden rain shower. This may have un-nerved the staff as service seemed somewhat disengaged. Some dishes (e.g risotto) were very good but others simply what you might expect. The menu offers the option of half portions for many items which is a good strategy for enjoying some of the variety offered. This is a good alternative if you are looking for a little more authentic experience in this quarter. It is not a typical tapas bar nor is it a higher end dining experience - it's in between which suited our needs that night.

We loved this restaurant. It was our favorite in Barcelona! Service and food and we’re top-notch. Especially the grilled squid and rice special.

Excellent food and service. The pasta was delicious. There are half and full orders. The full was just enough for my little belly. Great creme brûlée. Highly recommend!

Lovely meal last night. Fantastic food - we shared the pasta to start and steak for main and both were fantastic quality. The wine was also lovely. Great atmosphere inside and an option to sit outside too. An authentic meal and great quality for money.

Some really great flavor profiles in dishes like the grilled calamari and the Catalunya sausages. Loved that you could get a full or half portion - this allowed us to try many different dishes. Sat outside in the square in front of the church - very enjoyable.

We went to this restaurant on our first day in Barcelona and enjoyed it so much we came back for our last dinner in Barcelona. We ate inside the first time as it was a little chilly and damp but ate outside the second time and there was a rehearsal going on on the steps of the church and afterward a guitar and cello player. It was a wonderful setting and another delicious meal.
