Un pedacito de Paris en la plaza del Patriarca de Valencia
Excellent French cuisine in the heart of Valencia! Fabulously prepared dishes, which reminded us of our culinary experience in France. Service was friendly and very efficient. We highly recommend the monkfish with a butter/champagne sauce and the duck “a l’orange”. Exquisite!
From the moment we stepped into this restaurant until we left, we had first class service, first class food, and first class wine. We were seated immediately upon entering and had our choice of tables before the restaurant filled up within the next hour. It was completely full within a half hour of our seating. We ordered a bottle of merlot from the St. Emilion region of France and started with two appetizers, the escargot, and the prawns, both exquisitely prepared. We had the duck, and the monk fish for our entrees. Both were good cooked to perfection, and the quality of both foods were fresh and savory. We finished with the tarte tartin and the crème brulee. The tarte tartin was exceptional and different in that it was more of a pureed apple and not slices. The taste and texture were inspiring. The crème brulee was the only menu item that was below par for what we had that evening. It was a little cold and not up to the standard of the rest of our meal. We would definitely come back here.
Lovely setting, dining room and service but expensive relative to what we ate.
very very very nice place with fantastic food and service. visited in early December. Fish and starters were great as well as soups. Many thanks to staff!
Visited this lovely French Restaurant in Valencia based on previous reviews and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious which was accompanied with a very nice bottle of Petit Chablis! Service was very good, two young ladies looked after us very well always with bright smiles. It is a bit on the expensive side in comparison to other restaurants in the area and was it worth it? Definitely. So go on, treat yourself!!
This restaurant is a gem in the heart of Valencia.Excellent food, ambiance and service. We highly recommend it to all.
Amazing food, incredible service and really nice atmosphere. Definitely going back
Fabulous French food and delicious wines to match. High standard service but relaxed with a great smile in 3 languages. A must visit in Valencia.
Great restaurant in a beautiful area, friendly staff, good food and service. We've had a very good time as always. We will definitely visit again when we're back in Valencia.
Amazing food service and setting! Paris in Valencia without a doubt.
Excellent service, beautiful setting - whether indoors or on the little terrace. Magret de canard was delicious on our first visit. This time, there was a special of duck confit - also delicious. This was our second visit and we will be back very soon.
Very well received on the terrace of this typically french bistro.
The food was perfect and the service of the waitress was outstanding. The best food so far in Spain.. We will come back when we are in Valencia again.
Excellent food and very friendly staff!
Small restaurant with charm in the heart of the city. Good service and very nice food!
Definitely go to this restaurant, the food was amazing (we had prawn cocktail, mussels and steak)! Cooked perfectly. Then a cheese board to finish, which was generous. The cheese came from the owners home region which is a lovely touch. The waitress was very attentive and friendly, excellent English. The owner made a real effort to engage in conversation at the right level, as he did with all the diners. The actual restaurant was beautifully decorated, just the right size for a romantic meal. If you go here you won’t be disappointed - we loved it!
